NEEV_API_KEY is a NeevCloud API key (sk-nc-…). Create it in the console under Account > API Keys > Create New API Key, choosing Resource Type ‘Sandboxes’. NEEV_ORG_ID and NEEV_PROJECT_ID are the IDs of the organization and project the key and sandboxes belong to. Documented in part: keys belong to a project and carry a resource_type (choose Sandboxes) that limits which resource type they can access. No finer create/exec/list/delete permissions are documented for keys. Organization RBAC roles (Owner, Admin, Member, custom) govern console users, not keys.
