The audit log records sign-ins, role and API key changes, support access, and every change and export in your organization. Entries are kept for one year. Organization owners and admins can open it under Settings > Audit log.

What is recorded

Each entry shows the time, the actor, what they did, the tenant it applied to (or Organization), and whether it Succeeded or Failed. The actor shows how they authenticated: a session, an API key, an OAuth app, or a CostGraph service. Entries made by CostGraph support are marked CostGraph support. Requests that fail because of an error on CostGraph’s side aren’t recorded, because nothing changed.

Filter

Use Filter by member, Filter by action, and the date picker to narrow the list.

Export

Click Export CSV to download the entries that match your filters. An export holds up to 50,000 entries; narrow the date range for more. Owners and admins can also read the audit log from the CostGraph API with GET /api/v1/organizations/{org_id}/audit-logs. Add format=csv for a file.
