When you see it

Reserved. No operation returns this code today: publishing a marketplace price is a natural-key upsert, so re-posting a key that already exists updates it (keeping its id) rather than conflicting.

What to do

If a future operation does return it, the key already exists and the response names it; update the existing row instead of creating another.
