Change one compute price
Change the rate or the descriptive fields of a compute price you have published. Send only the fields you want to change.
Changing cost_per_hour re-derives the per-resource rates, changing a rate re-derives cost_per_hour, and sending both requires them to agree within 0.1%. Changing only the size keeps cost_per_hour and re-splits the rates; changing only the GPU fields keeps the cpu and memory rates and re-derives cost_per_hour.
The fields that identify the price cannot be changed, because they describe a different SKU; delete the price and register a new one instead.

Commitment term the raw price covers: 1=hourly on-demand; 8640/25920/43200=1mo/3mo/1yr buckets. cost_per_hour is already normalized to hourly.
True when the row carries per-vCPU and per-GB rates for a shape sized at launch; resolution stores and returns a row priced at the requested vCPU and memory. NULL or false is a fixed-size shape.
