Cost forecast

Forecast gross spend for the current calendar month, with an 80% interval. Spend already booked and fixed charges for the month count as fact; the rest of the month is projected from daily usage, and usage a provider reports as a running month-to-date total is extended to month end at the rate reported so far. Takes the same filters as the cost query. Amounts are in the scope’s main billing currency; spend in other currencies is listed in excludedCurrencies and left out. point, lo, hi and modelled are null, with a reason, when there is less than a week of history.
