# NeevCloud sandboxes

> Run CostGraph workflows and CI jobs in NeevCloud sandboxes: the key to create, its permissions, and its limits

NeevCloud Agentic Studio Sandbox provides on-demand, isolated compute environments created from a template for running AI agents and code.

The following table shows what CostGraph runs on this provider.

| Workflows | CI runners | Connect with |
| - | - | - |
| Yes | No | Integrations or your own dispatcher |

CI runners: no. AutoPilot compares runners by price, and this provider publishes no sandbox price.

## Connect

Connect NeevCloud on Integrations, and CostGraph starts sandboxes in your NeevCloud account. You don't run anything yourself.

1. In CostGraph, go to **Integrations > Sandbox > NeevCloud**.

2. Enter these fields:

   * **API key** (`NEEV_API_KEY`, required): A NeevCloud API key for Sandboxes from Account > API Keys.
   * **Organization ID** (`NEEV_ORG_ID`, required): The NeevCloud organization the key belongs to.
   * **Project ID** (`NEEV_PROJECT_ID`, required): The NeevCloud project sandboxes are created in.

3. Click **Connect**.

### Your own dispatcher

To keep the key out of CostGraph or reach a private network, run your own dispatcher instead.
Set `provider` to `neevcloud` and the preceding fields as environment variables, as described in [Run your own dispatcher](https://docs.costgraph.ai/costgraph/workflows/managed-sandboxes.md#run-your-own-dispatcher).

## Key and permissions

NEEV\_API\_KEY is a NeevCloud API key (sk-nc-...). Create it in the console under Account > API Keys > Create New API Key, choosing Resource Type 'Sandboxes'. NEEV\_ORG\_ID and NEEV\_PROJECT\_ID are the IDs of the organization and project the key and sandboxes belong to.

Documented in part: keys belong to a project and carry a resource\_type (choose Sandboxes) that limits which resource type they can access. No finer create/exec/list/delete permissions are documented for keys. Organization RBAC roles (Owner, Admin, Member, custom) govern console users, not keys.

## Limits

* Idle auto-pause after 15 minutes by default (idle\_timeout\_seconds; 0 turns it off; on\_idle can be delete). max\_lifetime\_seconds defaults to no limit. ([source](https://docs.ai.neevcloud.com/agentic-studio/overview/sandbox-management/auto-pause-and-resume.md))
* vCPUs 0.5-8 (default 1), memory 1-16 GB (default 2 GB). The only region is Indore (as-south-1). ([source](https://docs.ai.neevcloud.com/agentic-studio/overview/sandbox-management/create-pause-delete-sandboxes.md))
* Free tier: 1,500 sandbox minutes per org per month and 20 GB storage, for configurations up to 2 vCPU/4 GB. ([source](https://docs.ai.neevcloud.com/agentic-studio/overview/getting-started/sandbox-free-tier.md))
* A project can hold at most 25 API keys. ([source](https://docs.ai.neevcloud.com/api-reference/tenant/api-keys.md))
