# Slack support

> Get help with the CostGraph app for Slack

Email [support@costgraph.ai](mailto:support@costgraph.ai) for help with the CostGraph app for Slack. You don't need a CostGraph account to contact support.

We reply within 2 business days.

To help us answer faster, include:

* Your Slack workspace name.
* What you asked or which command you ran, and when.
* The reply you got, or a screenshot of it.

## Common questions

  <Accordion title="The app asks me to connect every time">
    Click **Connect CostGraph** and sign in to Slack as the same account that asked the question. If the link has expired, run `/costgraph connect` for a new one.

  <Accordion title="The answer uses the wrong tenant">
    Each answer ends with the tenant it used. Pick another tenant on the CostGraph app's **Home** tab, or run `/costgraph tenant <name>`.

  <Accordion title="The app doesn't reply in a channel">
    Add the app to the channel, then mention `@costgraph` in your message. Mention it again for each follow-up in a thread.
