# List runners AutoPilot for CI knows

> Every runner CostGraph knows for this tenant, grouped by provider: GitHub-hosted labels, runners of providers integrated with CostGraph (connected, or whose runner jobs CostGraph reads through the GitHub Actions connection), and labels set in settings. Each has its effective state at this scope (allowed, blocked, provider_off when the provider is not allowed, outside_limits when the runner limits exclude it), where it comes from, and the setting that applies. Without a setting, a runner is allowed; a block at any wider scope always wins. price_per_minute and ram_gb come from the provider's list price. speed_vs_github is how many times faster the runner runs jobs than the GitHub-hosted runner with the same operating system, architecture and vCPUs (above 1 is faster): measured from jobs that ran at least 5 times on both in the last 30 days when speed_measured is true, otherwise estimated from CPU benchmarks, and null when neither is known.
